Dr. Gemini Majkowski is the President and CEO of G2MQ Consulting Corp. She is a visionary, strategic, and results-driven leader with 26 years of leadership experience in government, academic, and not-for-profit healthcare sectors spearheading transformations and solving complex problems with exceptional results. Over the years, she developed and implemented corporate strategies, organizational structures, leadership programs, and comprehensive quality management systems for 11 healthcare organizations including some of the top cancer centers and bone marrow transplant programs in the U.S. She delivered unparalleled results for high stakes, complex projects requiring specialized skills in leadership, negotiation, and forging collaborative partnerships.
Dr. Majkowski is a published author and speaker on leadership, quality management, medical and cybersecurity research. She served as a national examiner for the U.S. Baldrige Performance Excellence Award Program (Master/Senior Examiner 15-yrs) and AZ State Award (2-yrs); she also served as an accreditation inspector for American Association of Blood Banks (10-yrs), College of American Pathologist (6-yrs), and Foundation for Accreditation of Cellular Therapy (1-yr). Her board appointments include the University of Alabama-Birmingham, Healthcare Quality and Safety Graduate Program Advisory Board and the U.S. Air Force Biomedical Science Corps Board.
Dr. Majkowski earned her Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Southwestern University, Master of Quality Management Business Administration from Loyola University New Orleans, and her Doctor of Science, Health Services Administration from the University of Alabama-Birmingham. She holds board certifications as a Specialist in Blood Bank with the American College of Pathologist and licensure as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist with the State of California. She is also certified as Six Sigma Black belt.
