Tara Mink, VP of Strategic Planning and Business Development

Tara Mink is VP of Strategic Planning and Business Development for G2MQ. She is an influential and results-driven leader with a track record of translating enterprise vision and strategic priorities into actions and realized results. Her breadth and depth of experience spans healthcare (government/private sector) and community organizations.

Tara has 20 years of experience in hematology oncology and bone marrow transplant programs and has served in leadership positions as Director of Quality Management for the Myeloma Institute for Research and Therapy (MIRT) at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) and as Clinical Administrative Director for the University of Cincinnati Cancer Institute. She is also serving as the Director, Blood Cancer Center and Oncology at The Jewish Hospital—Mercy Health in Cincinnati, OH. Her accomplishments in these leadership roles include development and implementation of comprehensive Quality Management Systems (FDA, FACT, AABB, JC guidelines, & ISO 9000) resulting in successful accreditation and reaccreditation inspections on the first pass. Tara was also responsible for the design and deployment of an innovative and sustainable patient-centered clinical program model improving flow and delivery of care, patient satisfaction, and cost effectiveness. Leveraging her clinical expertise, she successfully integrated the clinical and supportive care services through cross-functional teams and processes that transcended organizational silos improving communication, physician integration and staff engagement. Tara was a key driver of new program development and start-ups including two outpatient bone marrow transplant programs and one outpatient CAR-T program. She has also served as a Magnet Nursing application author and editor which led to the successful Magnet® Recognition in 2020.

As a dedicated community leader, Tara currently serves on the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Patient Education Executive Committee, Paddling 4 Cancer Executive Committee and is a member of the Business Leaders Association of Cincinnati. Tara earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and her Master of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas. She has also earned the distinction of board certification as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
